研究82名接触脉冲噪声工龄5年以上,年龄主要为45岁以内的锯木工人的脑电图改变。脉冲噪声强度104分贝,平均功率98分贝。采用16道脑电图机,10~20电极放置系统,以额和矢状面记录安静及反应性脑电图。临床诊断为中枢神经系统机能障碍(神衰症候群及植物神经功能障碍)的占被查者75%。脑电图改变表现为被查者44%缺乏有规律的基本节律。56%为有规律的α节律。14%为α节律很明显的对称性,指数大于75%。23%为α节律指数明显降低(<50%)。15%为波幅不对称(>30%)。19%(主要是中枢神经系统机能障碍者)为高波幅(90~110微伏)同步
82 EEG changes involving more than 5 years of exposure to impulsive noise and sawing workers aged 45 years and older were studied. Pulse noise intensity of 104 decibels, the average power of 98 dB. A 16-channel electroencephalography (EEG) machine and a 10-20 electrode placement system were used to record quiet and reactive EEG in both frontal and sagittal planes. Clinical diagnosis of central nervous system dysfunction (neurasthenia syndrome and autonomic dysfunction) accounted for 75% of the respondents. EEG changes showed the respondents 44% lack of regular basic rhythm. 56% of regular alpha rhythm. 14% is a very significant α-rhythm symmetry, the index is greater than 75%. 23% of the alpha rhythm index was significantly reduced (<50%). 15% for the volatility (> 30%). 19% (mainly central nervous system dysfunction) for high amplitude (90 ~ 110 microvolts) synchronization
