为研究中国城镇化与用水效率的动态关系,本文拟用人均用水量和用水强度作为衡量用水效率的指标,选用2004-2013年中国省域空间面板数据,研究了中国城镇化与人均用水量及用水强度之间库兹涅茨曲线的存在性。研究结果表明:人均用水量及用水强度均呈现倒N型曲线,且大多数省区处在下降前的爬坡阶段。应对城镇化背景下的用水问题,需要调整产业结构、推动技术创新、经营方式创新,同时需要制定协同联动的区域用水、治水机制。
In order to study the dynamic relationship between urbanization and water use efficiency in China, this paper intends to use per capita water consumption and water intensity as indicators of water use efficiency. Based on the data of China’s provincial space panels from 2004 to 2013, this paper studies the urbanization and per capita water consumption in China, The Existence of Kuznets Curve Between Water Intensity. The results show that the per capita water consumption and water intensity show inverted N curve, and most provinces are in the climbing stage before descending. In response to the issue of water use in the context of urbanization, we need to adjust the industrial structure, promote technological innovation and innovate management modes. At the same time, we need to formulate regional and flood control mechanisms that work in conjunction with each other.
