As an important corporate form in modern society, SMEs play an increasingly important role. Human resources as a strategic resource in the enterprise, to a great extent to help improve business efficiency and development potential of business personnel, therefore, the choice of SME human resource management model for whether it can achieve a breakthrough in development has a crucial impact . Under this background, based on the brief introduction of the importance of SMEs, this paper analyzes in detail the choice of SME human resource management mode in order to promote the all-round development of SME human resource management mode selection.
