“用人不疑,疑人不用”,这是我们应该坚持的用人观。目前,邮政企业用人,基本上都是从内部进行选拔,由于人员来自于内部、来自于基层,其在基层岗位的工作表现,可供我们对其德、能、勤、绩等方面进行客观的评价,尤其是对思想政治素质进行考察和评价,如是否有诚实正直的品质,是否有较强的工作责任心,能否坚持原则,顾全大局,是否以身作则,廉洁自律。正如管理大师德鲁克所说:“如果管理者缺乏正直的品质——无论他知识多么渊博,多么聪明,多么成功——他具有破坏的作用。”
