作者给兔静脉内注射油酸建立了成人呼吸窘迫综合征(Adult respiratory distress syndrome ARDS)模型,并探讨高频喷射通气(High frequency jet ventilation HFJV)对ARDS的防治作用。他们选用健康家兔24只,雌雄兼用,体重1.6～2.5kg,并随机分为3组。对照组:不接受任何治疗;治疗组:注射油酸后1.5小时(预实验显示此时ARDS模型已形成)接受HFJV;预防组:注射油酸前10分钟开始给予HFJV;
The author established a model of adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) by injecting oleic acid intravenously into rabbits, and explored the prevention and treatment of ARDS by High frequency jet ventilation (HFJV). They selected 24 healthy rabbits, both male and female, weighing 1.6 ~ 2.5kg, and were randomly divided into 3 groups. Control group: no treatment; treatment group: 1.5 hours after oleic acid injection (pre-experiment showed ARDS model has been formed at this time) to receive HFJV; prevention group: 10 minutes before the start of injection of oleic acid to give HFJV;
