本文共测量606名正常儿及93例哮喘儿的PEFR,正常儿平均值为259.5L min。其中男女童各为273.9L/min及243.4L/min,男女童平均值差别有高度显著性(P<0.01)。且男女两性PEFR值与年龄、身高相关尤为显著(P<0.001)。根据所测量男女童的身高求得正常儿的PEFR预计公式为: 男童:PEFR(L/min)=4.85×身高(cm)—356.78 女童:PEFR(L/min)=4.92×身高(cm)—395.15 93例哮喘儿PEFR男女实测值与预计值的百分比各为58.27%及58.32%,即男女儿童的平均实测值/预计值<60%为异常。
In this paper, a total of 606 normal subjects and 93 children with asthma PEFR measured, normal average 259.5L min. Among them, boys and girls were 273.9L / min and 243.4L / min, respectively. The average difference between boys and girls was highly significant (P <0.01). The PEFR values of males and females were significantly associated with age and height (P <0.001). The PEFR predictive formula based on the measured boys and girls’ normal height is: PEFR (L / min) = 4.85 × height (cm) -356.78 Girls: PEFR (L / min) = 4.92 × height -395.15 The measured and expected percentages of PEFR in 93 asthmatic children were 58.27% and 58.32%, respectively. The average measured value / predicted value <60% of male and female children were abnormal.
