抽油机井口密封装置所消耗的密封功率虽然只占抽油机所消耗总功率的一少部分,但是随着密封装置结构型式、密封材料、润滑条件和填料压盖加载力的不同而有较大差别。为使井口密封装置降低功率消耗,提高效率,进而提高抽油机系统效率,本研究采用不同密封材料、不同润滑条件在实验室和试验井上对井口密封装置密封功率进行了测试,计算了效率,并对进一步合理使用井口密封装置提出了建议。
