目前我国正围绕着素质教育进行全面的体育课程与教学改革,深刻认识传统体育教学的弊端,转变教学观念,倡导“以人为本”的体育教学,是当前体育教育的根本要求。尊重学生主观能动性和创新意识,注重对学生的情感、态度和价值观的培养,强调自主学习和探究式学习,促进学生学会交流与合作,主张建立良好师生关系和和谐的学习环境,提高全体学生的科学素养,促进学生的全面发展是人本主义教学的本质要求。本文从体育教育观念、体育教学内容、体育教学方法、体育教学评价以及建立体育学习中新型的师生关系等方面对素质教育中高校体育教学的人本主义思想进行了论述。
At present, our country is carrying out comprehensive physical education and teaching reform around quality education, deeply understanding the disadvantages of traditional physical education, changing teaching concept and advocating “people-oriented” physical education, which is the fundamental requirement of current physical education. Respect students ’subjective initiative and awareness of innovation, focus on students’ feelings, attitudes and values, emphasize self-learning and inquiry-based learning, promote students ’learning and exchange and cooperation, and advocate establishing a good teacher-student relationship and a harmonious learning environment to improve the students’ The scientific literacy, to promote the all-round development of students is the essential requirement of humanistic teaching. This article elaborates the humanistic ideas of physical education in colleges and universities in the field of quality education from the aspects of the concept of physical education, the content of physical education, the teaching methods of physical education, the evaluation of physical education, and the establishment of a new type of relationship between teachers and students in physical education.
