随着我国市场经济体制的逐步完善,企业成了经济实体。以最少的投入获得最大的收益就成为企业管理者们最关心的问题。水利工程施工项目作为水利施工企业经营管理的基点、效益的主体、信誉的窗口,加强项目成本控制自然就成为企业确保生存、持续发展的基础。本文分析了水利施工项目成本控制中存在的问题,并就项目成本控制的对策进行了研究。
With the gradual improvement of China’s market economy system, enterprises have become economic entities. With the least investment to get the maximum benefit has become the business managers are most concerned about. Water conservancy project construction project as the basis for the operation and management of water conservancy construction enterprises, the main benefit, the credibility of the window, to strengthen project cost control naturally become the basis for ensuring business survival and sustainable development. This article analyzes the problems existing in the cost control of water conservancy construction projects and studies the countermeasures of project cost control.
