借助金相显微镜和扫描电镜,研究了塑性变形及热处理对经Y+Sr、Y+La+Sr变质的4032合金组织的影响。结果表明:塑性变形会提升变质剂的后续变质效果,合金经过轧制可以弥补变质不足而引起的组织粗大现象,硅相及组织内其他相的细化效果随变形量的增加而提升;均匀化退火能使硅相分布更加均匀,固溶时效工艺可影响组织形貌,对于某些变质剂在塑性变形后会产生进一步后续变质效果,但对某些变质剂,如果固溶温度和时间没有控制好,会出现粗化现象。
The effects of plastic deformation and heat treatment on the microstructure of 4032 alloy modified by Y + Sr, Y + La + Sr were studied by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that plastic deformation can enhance the subsequent metamorphic effect of the modifier. Rolling of the alloy can compensate for the coarse texture caused by the deterioration of the quality. The refining effect of the silicon phase and other phases in the microstructure increases with the increase of the deformation amount. Annealing can make the distribution of the silicon phase more uniform, and the solution aging process can affect the morphology of the microstructure. For certain modifiers, further metamorphism will occur after plastic deformation, but for some modifiers, if the solution temperature and time are not controlled Well, there will be coarsening phenomenon.
