目的为解决教学和研究中的实际问题,对历探索性因素分析(EFA)和验证性因素分析(CFA)两者关系及使用中的诸多问题进行分析。方法从EFA和CFA的数学基础、哲学基础及实际调查数据处理结果三方面进行研究。结果EFA和CFA同属数据处理方法,遵循不同的逻辑路线,数据处理结果各有合理之处。结论在实际应用中,CFA与EFA可以作为研究过程的两个阶段,不能截然分开,两者结合运用能够相得益彰,更好地反映实际调查数据的内部结构。
Objective To solve the practical problems in teaching and research, this paper analyzes the relationship between Exploratory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and many problems in their use. Methods Based on the mathematical basis, philosophical basis of EFA and CFA and the results of actual survey data processing, Results EFA and CFA belong to the same data processing methods, follow different logic routes, the data processing results have their own merits. Conclusion In practical application, CFA and EFA can be used as two stages of the research process and can not be completely separated. The combination of the two can complement each other and better reflect the internal structure of the actual survey data.
