2014年是消费者维权法治进程具有里程碑意义的一年,新《消费者权益保护法》和食品药品纠纷司法解释将于3月15日生效,这必将加大违法经营成本,为破解消费者维权难扫除障碍。为配合“3·15”国际消费者维权日活动的开展,最高人民法院还将公布《2010-2013年人民法院维护消费者权益状况》白皮书,全面介绍4年来人民法院审理消费者维权案件取得的成就和司法为民的坚强决心,进一步宣传支持依法维权,倡导理性维权,抑制过度维权的理念。本刊特约最高人民法院民一庭高级法官张进先精选点评了十大典型案例,从不同角度对消费者维权进行了深层解读和权威诠释,以飨读者。
