国务院总理温家宝11月3日主持召开国务院常务会议,研究部署当前发展学前教育的政策措施。会议确定了以下政策措施:(一)扩大学前教育资源。大力发展公办幼儿园,支持街道、农村集体和有条件的行政事业单位、企业办幼儿园。鼓励社会力量办园,引导和支持民办幼儿园提供面向大众、收费较低的普惠性服务。城镇小区要按照国家规定配套建设幼儿园。努力扩大农村学前教育资源,逐步完善县、乡、村三级学前教育网络。从今年开始,国家实施推进农村学前教育项目,重点支持中西部地区乡村幼儿园建设。
On November 3, Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council presided over the executive meeting of the State Council to study and deploy the current policy measures for the development of pre-school education. The meeting identified the following policy measures: (a) to expand pre-school education resources. Vigorously develop public kindergartens, support streets, rural collective and conditional administrative institutions, enterprises run kindergartens. Encourage social forces to run the park, guide and support private kindergartens to provide inclusive and low-cost universal service. Urban areas in accordance with state regulations supporting the construction of kindergartens. Efforts to expand rural preschool education resources, and gradually improve the county, township and village level pre-school education network. Starting from this year, the state has implemented the project of promoting pre-school education in rural areas, focusing on supporting the construction of rural kindergartens in the central and western regions.
