本文主要论述生产阶段的产品技术状态控制问题。在正式确定产品的技术状态标识后,必须对其技术状态进行有效的控制。技术状态控制所依据的基本思想,是产品与其有关的技术资料必须相符。它体现对产品质量形成全过程的全面控制,包含质量管理和工程技术工作两个相辅相成的重要方面。其工作内容主要包括文件控制、不合格品控制和追踪系统控制。技术状态控制程序规定了在生产和向最终用户供应过程中,对产品技术状态控制的有关要求,包括若干具体程序。由质量工程部门负责执行,实施这些程序是确保产品质量的关键。
This article mainly discusses the control of product technology state at the production stage. After the formal identification of the product’s technical status label, its technical state must be effectively controlled. The basic idea behind the control of the state of technology is that the product and its associated technical data must be consistent. It reflects the overall control of the entire process of product quality formation, including the two important complementary aspects of quality management and engineering and technical work. Its work mainly includes document control, nonconforming product control and tracking system control. The state of the art control program specifies the requirements for the control of the state of the product during the production and supply to the end user, including a number of specific procedures. The implementation of these procedures is the key to ensuring product quality.
