——动之以情。即思想政治工作要以情感动人。在这方面,济南小鸭集团书记大姐思想政治工作的实践充分证明了这一点。为什么要动之以情,这是因为一方面随着市场经济的发展及人们思想观念的不断更新,传统的理论说教式的思想政治工作方法已远远不能适应现代思想政治工作的要求,另一方面人们对于传统的呆板的思想政治工作方法早已厌烦,再采取老方法无法做到职工群众的心坎上,因此市场经济条件下思想政治工作方法必须做到动之以情。如何做到动之以情?以笔者之见,一方面思想政治工作的开展要立足以情,以情感人,只有这样,才能达到思想政治工作动之以情的真正目的。另一方面,动之以情,要与多种
