在国际竞争面前,国内服装企业面临着很多人力资源管理问题。残酷的现实,迫使国内企业的人力资源管理必须改变观念,建立现代机制,以更好地吸引、留住、开发和激活人才。本文对当前服装企业存在的人力资源问题进行了初步分析,并在借鉴海尔成功HR管理经验的基础上,对我国服装企业的人力资源改革提出了几点建议。
In the face of international competition, domestic apparel companies face a lot of human resource management issues. The cruel reality has forced the human resources management of domestic enterprises to change their concepts and establish modern mechanisms to better attract, retain, develop and activate talents. This article has carried on the preliminary analysis to the current human resources problem of the garment enterprise, and on the basis of Haier’s successful HR management experience, it puts forward several suggestions for the human resource reform of the garment enterprises in our country.
