高职教师横向科研能力对高职院校的发展具有重要意义。影响教师横向科研能力的主要因素包括教师缺少科研时间、缺少科研氛围、缺少科研平台以及社会资源,企业的规模以及企业领导的理念等。高职院校应通过组建科研团队,开展科研活动;加大投入,校企合作搭建科研平台;行业主管部门牵线搭桥以及激励机制的建立等措施来提升高职教师科研团队的横向科研能力。
The horizontal research capacity of higher vocational teachers is of great significance to the development of higher vocational colleges. The main factors affecting the ability of teachers to conduct horizontal research include teachers’ lack of research time, lack of scientific research atmosphere, lack of research platforms and social resources, the scale of enterprises and the ideas of business leaders. Higher vocational colleges should enhance research capability of scientific research team of higher vocational teachers by setting up scientific research team, carrying out scientific research activities, increasing investment, setting up scientific research platform by cooperating with universities and enterprises, establishing matchmaking with industry authorities and setting up incentive mechanism.
