本文重点探讨了土壤有效态成分标准物质研制过程中所遇到的3 个问题,即制样粒度和不同烘干温度对土壤有效态成分量值的影响以及土壤有效态成分的稳定性。试验结果表明,过60 目筛的粒度已符合标准物质的均匀度要求,样品在105 ℃烘干不影响其量值的参比性能。经过3 年5 次的抽样检测表明土壤有效态成分的量值是稳定的。
This article focuses on three problems encountered in the development of reference materials for soil active components, namely the effect of sample size and drying temperature on the amount of soil active components and the stability of soil active components. The test results show that the particle size of the 60 mesh sieve has met the evenness requirements of the standard materials and the drying of the sample at 105 ° C does not affect the reference value of its value.
