甄作武,教授,汉族,1937年生于山西襄汾,世界书画家华北协会艺委副主席,新加坡“新神州书画院”高级书画师、名誉院士,中国书协会员。近年来,他的书作连连获奖,在庆祝中华全国总工会成立70周年全国书画艺术大展中获一等奖。1996年获中外书画艺术交流大展赛“火黄杯”银奖。1997年获国际书画艺术大展赛“和平杯”争奖,全国书画艺术和品大赛“福寿杯”银奖。1998年参加第二届国际书画艺术在韩国汉城、巴西圣保罗等地隆重展出珍藏,并授予他“跨世纪中外书画艺术名人”称号。1999年,入选
