宜宾市国税局从1994年至1998年,“两税”收入连续四年平均增长18%,实现了“四年四大步,步步上台阶”的历史性突破,为宜宾市的改革、发展、稳定作出了重大贡献。我市国税系统之所以取得“两税”收入的好成绩,重要原因之一是重视抓区县国税局领导班子的素质建设:充分认识到要提高区县国税局领导班子的素质,必须处理好如下三个关系:一是在理论学习上,要处理好改造思想与指导工作的关系理论学习的目的全在于应用。特别是在当前,学习邓小平理论,学习党的十五大精神,始终要同牢牢树立全心全意为人民服务的思想,积极带领全局干部和职工“执好法,服好务”
