鞍山市首届冬季房屋交易大会自2008年12月28日开幕以来,呈现出十分火爆的场面,48家房地产开发商推出的62座楼盘、400多万平方米房源引来数万市民前来选房、购房,由于市民购房热情高涨,原定于3日结束的房交会延至6日结束。截至1月1日,已销售商品房8500套,房屋成交面积75万平方米,实现成交额24亿元。据悉,鞍山房地产市场的火爆,极大调动了房地产开发商的积极性,鞍山首批出让的70万平方米土地已被抢购一空。
