目的:观察急诊留观患者营养状态的变化,探讨入院时的基础营养状态与并发症及预后的关系。方法:选取急诊留观患者100例,入院当日及留观最后1d分别进行营养指标检查。结果:①入院时总的营养不良发生率高;②留观后各营养指标均有显著下降;③多系统疾病组、死亡组入院时的各营养指标分别明显低于单系统疾病组、非死亡组。结论:留观患者入院时普遍存在营养不良的问题,且营养状态呈逐渐恶化趋势,严重影响患者的预后。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of nutritional status in patients with emergency observation, and to explore the relationship between basic nutritional status and complications and prognosis at admission. Methods: 100 emergency patients were selected for observation, the indexes of nutrition were examined respectively on the day of admission and the last day of observation. Results: (1) The incidence of malnutrition was high at admission; (2) The nutrition indexes of all the patients in multi-system disease group and death group were significantly lower than those in single-system disease group group. Conclusion: There is a widespread malnutrition problem in hospitalized patients, and the nutritional status is gradually deteriorating, which seriously affects the prognosis of patients.
