本文介绍了用碘代芳烷基溴与游离胍缩合,合成了肾上腺髓质显像剂——间位碘代苄胍硫酸盐(MIBG sulfate);同时介绍了放射性碘标记MIBG的快速标记方法——热液熔融法;探讨了标记的最佳条件,确定标记反应温度为170—180℃、反应时间为1h、溶液体积为20—25μl,标记率可达95%。
This article describes the synthesis of the adrenomedullin imaging agent, MIBG sulfate, by the condensation of iodinated aralkyl bromides with free guanidine. A rapid labeling method of radioiodinated MIBG is also introduced. - hydrothermal melting method. The optimum conditions of labeling were discussed. The reaction temperature was 170-180 ℃, the reaction time was 1h, the volume of solution was 20-25μl and the labeling efficiency was 95%.
