赵尚志(1908年—1942年2月12日),满族,辽宁朝阳人,中国共产党党员,著名抗日将领。1919年春,赵尚志随家迁居哈尔滨,因家庭贫困而失学,11岁开始做苦工,曾当过杂役、学徒、信差等。1925年夏加入中国共产党,是东北地区最早的共产党员之一,同年冬入广州黄埔军校第4期学习。北伐战争时期,他在东北地区组织和从事反帝反军阀的革命活动。“九一八事变”后被任命
