靶向治疗应用于乳腺癌是目前国内外研究的热点。一些分子靶向药物如拉帕替尼、吉非替尼、贝伐单抗和西妥昔单抗等应用于乳腺癌的治疗已有报道。本文对这几种不同分子靶向的药物分别加以综述。
Targeted therapy applied to breast cancer is the hot spot at home and abroad. Some molecular targeted drugs such as lapatinib, gefitinib, bevacizumab and cetuximab and other applications in the treatment of breast cancer have been reported. This article reviews several different molecularly targeted drugs.
