四平市统计局在人事制度改革中率先实行干部任期目标管理,并且取得了较好的成绩。出于对这一改革的关注,我们到四平市统计局进行了考察和采访。
Siping City Bureau of Statistics in the personnel system reform took the lead in implementing the goal of cadre management, and achieved good results. Out of concern for this reform, we went to Siping City Bureau of Statistics conducted an inspection and interview.
