:2 1世纪对外语人才的培养提出了更高要求 ,我国的高师英语教育面临着深化改革的必然趋势。彻底转变教育思想观念 ,全面推进素质教育 ,建构面向 2 1世纪的外语人才培养模式 ,是社会发展的需要 ,也是高师院校深化教育教学改革的需要。在高师英语教学改革的实践中 ,我们的迫切任务是建立一支合格的素质教育型教师队伍 ,改革教学内容和课程体系 ,重视教材建设以及教学方法的改进和教学手段的现代化
: In the 21st century, higher demands were placed on the cultivation of foreign language talents, and the English education in higher education in our country is faced with the inevitable trend of deepening the reform. To completely change the concept of education, to promote quality-oriented education in an all-round way and to build a training model for foreign language talents oriented to the 21st century is the need of social development and the need of deepening the reform of education and teaching in normal universities and colleges. In the practice of English teaching reform in higher normal colleges, our urgent task is to establish a qualified contingent of quality-oriented teachers, to reform the teaching contents and curriculum system, to emphasize the construction of teaching materials, the improvement of teaching methods and the modernization of teaching methods
