随着中国经济的不断发展和社会的迅速进步,中国的建筑行业近几年发展极其迅速。建筑工程的造价与成本的控制既与建筑工程的建筑质量和施工进度息息相关,又与建筑单位的发展有着密切的关联。由此可得,如何做好建筑工程造价与成本控制工作,为建筑企业获得更多的经济所得,成为每一个建筑企业稳定发展的关键部分。此文先浅谈建筑工程中造价与成本控制的重要性,其次对建筑工程造价与成本控制的现状进行细致的分析,最后为管理工作提出应对策略。
With the continuous development of China’s economy and the rapid social progress, the construction industry in China has developed extremely rapidly in recent years.
