目的 评价二维超声及彩色多普勒血流显像对子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病的诊断价值。方法 4 0例子宫肌瘤和4 7例子宫腺肌病患者于手术前3d内行二维超声及彩色多普勒超声检测,术后经病理组织学验证。结果 4 0例子宫肌瘤中7例和4 7例子宫腺肌病中8例二维超声显示结构异常,2 8例子宫肌瘤和11例子宫腺肌病RI≤0 .7,30例子宫肌瘤和9例子宫腺肌病PI≤1.17,三者的敏感性分别为82 .5 %、70 .0 %、75 .0 % ,特异性分别为83.0 %、76 .6 %、80 .9%。结论 以二维超声作为诊断基础,结合彩色多普勒超声,多参数综合评价可提高子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病的诊断率。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging in uterine leiomyoma and adenomyosis. Methods 40 cases of uterine fibroids and 47 cases of adenomyosis patients underwent two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound within 3 days before operation, postoperative histopathological verification. Results In the 40 cases of uterine fibroids in 7 cases and 47 cases of adenomyosis in 8 cases, two-dimensional ultrasound showed structural abnormalities, 28 cases of uterine fibroids and 11 cases of adenomyosis RI ≤ 0. 7,30 cases of uterus Myoma and 9 cases of adenomyosis PI ≤ 1.17, the sensitivity of the three were 82.5%, 70.0%, 75.0%, the specificity was 83.0%, 76.6%, 80.9 %. Conclusion Based on two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler ultrasound, multi-parameter comprehensive evaluation can improve the diagnostic rate of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.
