城乡二元结构问题是我国发展长期过程中留下的关乎广大人民群众生活的一个重大问题。当下中国已经进入了全面建设小康社会的关键时期,解决城乡二元结构问题也就变得十分重要。解决城乡差距,推进城乡一体化发展不仅符合广大人民的需要,也是历史发展的必然。解决城乡二元结构问题将会是中国发展历程中必经的一步,也是意义深远的一步。
The dual structure of urban and rural areas is a major issue left over by the long process of development in our country concerning the lives of the broad masses of people. Now that China has entered a crucial period of building an overall well-to-do society, it will become very important to solve the dual structure of urban and rural areas. To solve the disparity between urban and rural areas and to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas not only meets the needs of the broad masses of people but also the inevitable development of history. Solving the dual structure of urban and rural areas will be an essential step and a far-reaching step in the course of China’s development.
