在已构建的Lemont/TeqingRILs遗传连锁图谱上选择 14 6个分子标记 ,鉴定了 2 6 6个特青背景的近等基因导入系的图示基因型 ,结合两年田间稻曲病的自然鉴定结果 ,利用图示基因型重叠方法对抗稻曲病数量性状位点 (QTL)进行了初步定位。结果表明 ,14 6个标记总的遗传图距为 2 2 2 7.6cM ,覆盖 95 .6 %的供体基因组 ,相邻标记平均为 15 .2cM。通过性状 -标记相关分析和图示基因型重叠 ,在第 10和第 12两条染色体上定位到 2个抗稻曲病QTL(QFsr10和QFsr12 ) ,其增强抗性的等位基因均来自亲本Lemont,加性效应分别为 3.38级和 3.34级。本文还就图示基因型重叠定位QTL的特点和效果进行了讨论
In the constructed Lemont / TeqingRILs genetic linkage map, 14 6 molecular markers were selected to identify the genotypes of the near-isogenic lines of 266 Teqing backgrounds. Combined with the natural identification results of the two-year field trial of rice false smut , And mapped the quantitative trait locus (QTL) of false smut with the method of graphic genotype overlap. The results showed that the total genetic distance of 14 6 markers was 2262.6cM, covering 95.6% of donor genomes with an average of 15.2cM of adjacent markers. Two trait loci (QFsr10 and QFsr12) were mapped on the 10th and 12th chromosomes by trait-marker correlation analysis and the indicated genotype overlap. The alleles of enhanced resistance were all from Lemont , Additive effects were 3.38 and 3.34 respectively.
