罩网隔离条件下 ,用 5种化学保持剂 ( CRA)对 2个芝麻雄性核不育材料分 3个生育阶段进行叶面喷施。结果表明 :与空白对照相比 ,雄性不育株花粉不育度从 87.7%下降到 54.8% ,花粉育性恢复率最高可达32 .9% ,平均为 2 2 .9%。不育株自交结蒴率最高达到 1 7.9% ,结实率最高达到 8.0 %。以 D4、D5 、D1 1 、D1 2 、D1 4 、D1 6 6个处理效果较好 ,其单株自交结蒴率最高达 4 1 .4 % ,结实率最高达 2 0 .7% ,不育株单株自交结实能力提高 1 .8~ 1 2 .6倍。所用 5种化学保持剂以 CRA0 2为佳
Under the conditions of shielded net, two semen male sterile materials were sprayed on the foliage in three stages of growth with five kinds of chemical retainers (CRA). The results showed that compared with the blank control, the pollen sterility of male sterile lines decreased from 87.7% to 54.8%, and the highest fertility recovery rate reached 32.9% with an average of 22.9%. The self-infested bolls reached the highest rate of 1 7.9% and the seed setting rate reached as high as 8.0%. The treatment with 6, D4, D5, D1 1, D1 2, D1 4 and D1 6 had good effect. The self-infiltration rate of bolls was up to 41.4%, and the seed setting rate was up to 20.7% Plants self-self-solid ability to improve 1.8 ~ 12.6 times. The five chemical preservatives used are preferably CRA0 2
