程才实是唐山大地震亲历者、地震重建参与者、唐山重建史研究者。自上世纪80年代中期至今,他先后在唐山市建委、河北省住房和城乡建设厅工作,省、市两级建设主管部门宏阔的视野,为他从事地震重建研究提供了有益的平台,他广泛收集地震灾害及重建资料,出版和发表了众多的地震重建著作及论文。唐山大地震40周年前夕,人民日报记者还就唐山大地震重建采访过他。
Cheng Caishi is personally experienced Tangshan earthquake, earthquake reconstruction participants, Tangshan reconstruction history researchers. Since the mid-1980s, he has worked in the Commission of Construction of Tangshan City, Hebei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and has a magnificent field of vision in charge of construction departments at provincial and municipal levels, providing a useful platform for his research on earthquake reconstruction. We have extensively collected earthquakes and rebuilt information, and published and published numerous earthquake reconstruction works and dissertations. On the eve of the 40th anniversary of the Tangshan earthquake, People’s Daily also interviewed him about the reconstruction of the Tangshan Earthquake.
