一、前言目前,国内外普遍采用连续带式烧结机。这种烧结机由多台台车组成封闭的链式条带,靠机械传动使台车进行连续回转运动。我们针对带式烧结机结构复杂,加工困难,用钢量大等缺点,大胆进行了设计改进。采用了国内外尚未采用的液压传动回转拨杆装置及尾部托秆控速装置。这种新型结构简称YW 型,其优点是:传动装置简单可靠,加工容易,单机重量减轻了40%左右,相应造阶也大幅度降低,而且操作、维修都很方便。为了验证 YW 型烧结机方案的可靠性,我院与甘肃省建工局建筑科学研究所,甘肃省建工局构件予制厂相结合,于1977年加工制造了
I. Introduction At present, continuous belt sintering machine is widely used both at home and abroad. This sintering machine consists of multiple trolleys composed of closed chain belt, by mechanical transmission so that the car for continuous rotary motion. We aimed at the belt sintering machine complex structure, processing difficulties, large amount of steel and other shortcomings, bold design improvements. The hydraulic transmission rotary lever device and tail support stalk control device have not been adopted at home and abroad. The new structure referred to as YW type, its advantages are: transmission is simple and reliable, easy to process, single machine weight reduced by 40%, the corresponding manufacturing order is also greatly reduced, and the operation and maintenance are very convenient.
