石墨棒经电化学剥离后,表面形成层数不等的石墨纳米片,它们彼此之间平行排列并垂直于碳基底构成一种开放式的2D纳米片阵列.以此作为基质,通过阳极氧化电化学沉积,使锰氧化物均匀地包覆在石墨纳米片表面,构成电化学活化石墨碳/锰氧化物复合膜.电化学测试表明,复合膜具有优良的超电容特性,在0.5mol.L-1 Na2SO4溶液中,扫描速率为5mV.s^-1,电位窗口为2.2V时,复合膜比电容高达7 750F.m^-2.
