近年来,我省银耳、蘑菇等食用菌单产迅速提高,唯草菇还徘徊在每担稻草产鲜菇10斤左右,其生物效率低,固然有种性问题,但也与栽培环境有关.为摸索环境条件与草菇产量的关系,设计了三个不同投料量的床栽试验,即每平方尺用前年的晚稻草2斤、3斤和4斤,经过石灰水浸泡两天,捞起沥去余水后上床,次日播种V238品种,播后盖膜,待菌丝盖面后掀掉薄膜,每天喷水,保持料面湿润.播后12天开始收菇,共三潮,历期18天,结果每平方尺投料2斤的平均每担稻草产鲜菇44.8斤,最高可达66.2斤,投料3斤的平均产鲜菇18.2斤;4斤的仅产鲜菇13.9斤.说明了大面积堆栽草菇产量所以不高,与单位面积的投料量偏多有关.
