4月底,郑州首批25家企业被美国Rhinosoftware公司及其大陆地区授权代理商提起计算机软件著作权侵权指控,每家企业均被要求赔偿12万元人民币,在河南省企业中引起了巨大的震动和恐慌。据悉,这批案件陆续将在6月下旬在郑州市中级人民法院知识产权庭开庭审理。
