一九八四年九月在西安召开的西北五省区邮电档案工作首次协作会议确定,下年度协作组长局由甘肃省管局担任。鉴于西北地区邮电工作基础比较薄弱,信息比较闭塞的情况,商定明年活动内容主要为走出去参观学习先进经验。每省区出外学习以三、四人为宜,先提出一、二个学习课题,在明年三月报甘管局汇总,报请邮电部档案处协助联系参观学习的地方。明年九月份在兰州集中,汇报各自参观学习的
The first collaboration meeting of post and file archives in the five northwestern provinces and autonomous regions held in Xi’an in September 1984 was decided by the Gansu Provincial Department of Public Security in the next year. In light of the relatively weak postal work in the northwest region and the relatively closed information, it is agreed that next year’s activities will mainly focus on going abroad to learn advanced experiences.
