美术系举办教师备课展,引起了不少人的关切,我认为反映是积极的。国画、油画、版画、壁画四个教研室相继按计划举办了备课展,以研究教学、提高教学质量为目的,开展学术讨论。展出的作品显示了教师的整体实力,它展示的视觉效应成为教学的新课程,为教学增添了新内容。备课展已不是单纯意义的教学前的准备工作的考查,而是课堂与展厅,学生与教师有了直接的沟通。教师在课堂上讲授的内容,反复强调的绘画意义有了直接参照。不同的参观者都愿把视觉映象联系到教学中去,教以多种方法,学有实质的内容,传授有了针对的形式。我相信这别开生面的展览证实了意料中的收获。 这是美术系有史以来的第一次备课展。采取什么样的形式?确实议论了一番,通常意义的备课该是讲义和备课笔记之类,也许应该是课徒画稿,再或者是习作等。每一种形式都有一定的教学意义,对教师也都是一种教学工作的检查。但纵观这几年教与学
The Department of Fine Arts organized a teacher preparation lesson, which aroused a lot of people’s concerns. I think the response is positive. Four departments of Chinese painting, oil painting, printmaking and frescoes hold the preparation class exhibition one by one according to plan, and carry out academic discussions for the purpose of studying teaching and improving teaching quality. The exhibited works show the overall strength of the teacher, and the visual effects it exhibits have become new courses for teaching, adding new content to teaching. Courses show is not a simple test of pre-teaching preparation, but the classroom and the exhibition hall, students and teachers have direct communication. Teachers in the classroom teaching content, repeated emphasis on the meaning of the painting has a direct reference.
