这篇论文是想对日本制冷压缩机和气体压缩机的最新研究和发展进行一次回顾。这篇回顾论文是以机械工程领域的学报、论文集和杂志为资料来源的。大多数日本压缩机公司都进行了长时间的努力,应用先进技术以改进制冷压缩机和气体压缩机及其组件。这种努力的目的,是要在系统上能得到比现有压缩机在能量消耗上能有大幅度的下降。通过运转性能和可靠性的提高以显著降低能量消耗,通过减少部件数量以得到较高生产率、简化维修和操作,这些提高效率的方法是很有潜力的。这个趋向促进了诸如滚动活赛式回转压缩机、单螺杆压缩机和涡卷式压缩机等回转式压缩机的发展。
This essay is a review of the latest research and development of refrigeration compressors and gas compressors in Japan. This review paper is based on mechanical engineering in the field of journal, essays and magazines as the source. Most Japanese compressor companies have made long-term efforts to apply advanced technologies to improve refrigeration compressors and gas compressors and their components. The aim of this effort is to systematically achieve a significant reduction in energy consumption over existing compressors. These efficiency-enhancing approaches have potential by improving operational performance and reliability to significantly reduce energy consumption, by reducing the number of components for higher productivity, and for easier maintenance and operation. This trend has contributed to the development of rotary compressors such as rolling-piston rotary compressors, single-screw compressors and scroll compressors.
