面对不断变化了的营销环境,企业传统的经营思想和营销理念已无法适应新时代、新形势的要求,营销创新首先是营销理念的创新。新的世纪、新的挑战,企业需要新的营销战略,需要新的营销理念。文章分析了从生产导向到营销导向,从关注企业到关注顾客的营销理念创新。在顾客为中心的营销理念指导下提出了基于顾客的营销谋划:以需求为基础、以关系为核心、以满意为目标,以定制为工具和以全员营销为途径。
The face of changing marketing environment, the traditional business ideas and marketing ideas can not adapt to the new era, the new situation, the first marketing innovation marketing idea innovation.
