本文报道了15例经导管脾动脉栓塞术治疗脾亢的情况,介绍了操作步骤,讨论了脾亢病人脾动脉走行的改变与超选技术,认为在超选前先做腹主A造影以明确腹腔动脉开口位置及脾动脉走行是必要的。还讨论了造影剂用量和栓塞物及脾动脉栓塞范围与反应等。
This article reported 15 cases of spleno-spinal arterial embolization for splenomegaly, introduced the procedure, discussed the splenic arterial changes in the patients with splenomegaly, and the over-selection technique. We believe that abdominal angioplasty should be performed before over-selection. Celiac artery opening position and splenic artery walking are necessary. Contrast dosages, embolus and splenic artery embolization range and response were also discussed.
