2007年7月成都市救助管理站被民政部确定为首批社会工作人才队伍建设试点单位,2009年11月被民政部确定为首批社会工作人才队伍建设试点示范单位。成都市救助管理站抓住开展社会工作人才队伍建设契机,建立健全救助管理工作社工介入制度,发展多元化服务模式加强专业化转变,推动制度规范化建设,促进救助管理社会化发展。
In July 2007, Chengdu Relief Administration Station was identified by the Ministry of Civil Affairs as the first batch of experimental units for social workforce construction. In November 2009, it was identified as the first experimental demonstration unit for the construction of social workforce by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Chengdu Relief Management Station Seized the Opportunity to Develop Social Worker Talents, Established and Improved the Social Worker Involving System for Relief Management, Developed Diversified Service Mode, Reinforced Professional Transformation, Promoted Institutional Standardization and Promoted the Socialization Development of Relief Management.
