研究了35CrMnsi钢与YG13C硬质合金钎焊工艺,分析了影响钎焊强度的各种因素.实验结果表明,在硼砂中添加适量的硼酸可使钎焊强度提高;适当地控制钎焊加热温度、插接装配间隙及延长回火后随炉冷却时间皆有利于针焊强度的提高.
The brazing process of 35CrMnsi steel and YG13C cemented carbide was studied, and various factors affecting the brazing strength were analyzed. The experimental results show that brazing strength can be improved by adding appropriate amount of boric acid in borax; proper control of brazing heating temperature, insertion of assembly clearance and extension of tempering furnace cooling time are all conducive to the improvement of brazing strength.
