国务院已正式批准了准格尔矿区一期工程设计任务书,这个为中外能源专家瞩目已久的国家重点项目,在准格尔煤田上就要揭开煤电运同步建设的序幕。本文仅就项目的工艺、设备和培训问题,从经济效益择优方案上,提出如下浅见。一、黄土工艺的选择分析准格尔煤田整个被广阔的黄土掩盖,黄土层最厚可达109.96。
