藏语文是中华民族语言文字中历史悠久、表达功能完备的古老语言文字之一,传承着藏民族的优秀历史与文化,是中华民族多元化宝库中的重要组成部分。一个人、一个民族,不学自己的语言就无法完整地继承和弘扬本民族传统文化,不学通用语就走不出家门,不学外语就走不出国门。所以,藏语文基础教育是提高藏民族素质的基础性工程,事关基础教育乃至整个民族教育的发展。
Tibetan language is one of the ancient languages with a long history and full-featured expression in the Chinese national language. It inherits the outstanding history and culture of the Tibetan nation and is an important part of the diversified treasure house of the Chinese nation. A person or a nation can not fully inherit and carry forward the traditional culture of the nation without learning his own language. He can not leave his home without learning the language and can not go abroad without learning a foreign language. Therefore, basic education in Tibetan language is a basic project to improve the quality of Tibetan nationality and is related to the development of basic education and even of ethnic education.
