为防止与限制敌特、盗匪及其他不法分子的阴谋活动,保护合法营业的正当经营,以巩固社会治安,特制定「无线电器材管理暂行条例」,「城市旅栈业暂行管理规则」,「公共娱乐场所暂行管理规则」,「印铸刻字业暂行管理规则」四个条例,并经中央人民政府政务院政治法律委员会于本年六月三十日批准。兹公布,希各地遵照执行。
