目的:考察盐酸青藤碱对抗精子抗体(As Ab)免疫不育大鼠精子质量的影响,为治疗男性As Ab免疫性不育提供新思路。方法:以同种SD大鼠精子制备抗原,采用人工主动免疫方法建立As Ab免疫不育动物模型,观察给药后各组大鼠精子密度、活动率、存活率、活力、精子顶体酶活性及大鼠血清As Ab浓度,并进行组间比较。结果:与模型对照组相比,各给药组大鼠血清As Ab的浓度显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),大鼠精子密度显著升高(P<0.01),精子活动率、存活率明显增大(P<0.05,P<0.01)结论:盐酸青藤碱具有改善As Ab免疫不育大鼠精子质量的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of sinomenine hydrochloride on the sperm quality of sperm immunostimulatory rat (As Ab), and to provide a new idea for the treatment of male As Ab autoimmune infertility. Methods: The sperm of SD rats were used to prepare antigens. The animal model of As Ab was established by artificial active immunization. The sperm density, activity, viability, sperm acrosin activity And rat serum As Ab concentration, and compared between groups. Results: Compared with the model control group, the concentration of serum As Ab in each group was significantly decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01), the sperm density was significantly increased (P <0.01), sperm motility and survival (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Sinomenine hydrochloride can improve the sperm quality of As Ab immunization rats.
