近年来,由于林彪和“四人帮”的干扰破坏,我国的工业企业很多必要的规章制度废弃了,社会主义的计划经济出现了半无政府状态。打倒“四人帮”之后,遗毒迄未肃清,对经济工作中的许多根本是非问题,有些领导干部熟视无睹,无动于衷;不少有色金属企业存在着劳动生产率低、矿石损失贫化大、生产成本高、利润收入少、资金周转慢等现象;还有一部分企业至今没有丢掉亏损的帽子。这些都与新时期总任务的要求背道而驰。桃林铅锌矿班组核算的经验告诉我们:开展不开展班组经济核算效果大不一样,应该引起极大的注意。如何搞好班组的经济核算,关键是企业的各级领导要认真地抓,坚持长期不懈地抓下去,就一定能够获得良好的成果。班组核算是整个矿山企业进行经济核算的基础,是全面衡量班组生产活动的标准。基层工作搞不好,提高整个企业的管理水平就无从谈起。而如果班组的经济核算竞相活跃起来,那么整个企业的管理工作就全盘皆活了。
