苏木精-伊红染色法(hematoxylin-eosin staining)简称H.E.染色法,广泛应用于科学试验中。常规的H.E.染色中需要用到大量的梯度乙醇溶液,但这些乙醇溶液使用几次后就成了混悬液,无法重复使用,不但使试验成本增高,造成很大浪费,而且还污染了环境。笔者通过长期的实践总结出了一种用于石蜡切片H.E.染色后废乙醇的回收方法,且经试验证明通过该方法回收的梯度乙醇与新乙醇制作出来的组织病理切片没有任何的区别,可使废乙醇变废为宝,延长了乙醇的使用寿命,提高了乙醇的利用率,为实验室节约了实验经费的同时还减少了环境的污染。
Hematoxylin-eosin staining (hematoxylin-eosin staining) referred to H.E. staining method, widely used in scientific experiments. Conventional H.E. staining requires a large amount of gradient ethanol solution. However, these ethanol solutions become suspensions after being used for several times and can not be reused. This not only increases the test cost, but also causes great waste and pollutes the environment. Through long-term practice, the author summed up a method for the recovery of waste ethanol after the HE staining of paraffin sections, and proved that there is no difference in the histopathological sections made from the fresh ethanol and the gradient ethanol recovered by this method Waste ethanol waste into treasure, extending the service life of ethanol and improve the utilization of ethanol, saving laboratory funding for the laboratory also reduces environmental pollution.
